  Pool began leaking 6 months after installation. 18 months later it still leaks with no success of fixing leak. Technician came out to fix leak and plugged the overflow line to raise pool level. Then it rained and pool overflowed. Waterfall leaked on back side. No grout installed on the top of one of the skimmers (Likely leak area that has never been fixed after repeated request). Flagstone decking had to be re-grouted 8 months after installation. 12 months later the grout broke up again (I'll fix it myself this time). Original design was to have steps and recessed lighting, but the pool was dug to the wrong depth and I had to concede to changes after it was framed in. Company missed flagstone decking on shelf and in hot tub. It was not caught until the pool was filled. The pool had to be drained to install flagstone per contract. This caused the seating in the hot tub and tanning deck to be 4" higher than expected. Overall Poor quality and poor management of business. Owner is non-responsive after payments. Talks like he is knowledgeable and engaged in the project but in reality he is disconnected. I don't expect the company to be responsible for the life of the pool, but I do expect the pool to be fully functional the first year. I Don't recommend this company. $40K quality for a $70K pool.
